8 years of learning
*It was not easy*
In the beginning, it was not pretty. I was so confused about food, hungry and binging on carbs and cardio.
I was stressed and depressed about my body and hid it from everyone.
I yoyo'd from thin, and confident but dead tired to full but sluggish, moody, and overweight. I was DESPERATE to find a sustainable balance that made me happy.
It's safe to say, my love for science and education finally gave that to me. I was able to learn down to our DNA what makes us THRIVE + what doesn't.
Years of intensive research on human evolution, chemistry, ecosystems, and physiology gave me the keys to waking up excited to put my best foot forward, no more stress.
Knowing what it takes, I began helping others apply research and data to so they can wake up feeling better than they ever imagined; no degree required.
Now, as a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and yoga teacher I'm helping all my clients feel super human by science.
